"Healthy" substitutes that are not healthy

Great article that notes some so-called healthy versions of foods. In most cases the fat has been removed, along with any nutrients. In place of fat, chemicals and/or sugar has been added. The outcome is a food that doesn't satisfy and causes worse harm to the body than the original food.

Compare the labels on Lays Classic Potato Chips to Baked Lays. The original has three ingredients: potatoes, oil and salt. Baked Lays has a much longer list of ingredients that are far from natural. If you have a craving, have the classic and eat mindfully. As they say, you may find that you can't eat just one; but you will likely eat less than you would of the artificial baked version and feel more satisfied.
